In the Kitchen: Breakfast Smoothie








Hey Guys, today I have a new series In the Kitchen!!!!! Here is the first recipe A Breakfast Smoothie.


ingredients

  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice from fresh lemons
  • 2 cups Orange Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Kesella/yogurt

directions

  1. Mix the raspberries in 30 seconds
  2. Add orangejuice and the Kesella
  3. Add the honey and Lemon juice
  4. Finish!!
